Just listened to this delightful episode about the history of the Mars rovers Spirit and Opportunity told through a number of women who worked on them for their close to 14 years of work driving and observing what the rovers did.
The podcast is narrated by a woman, the rovers are spoken of as “she”s and “her”s. And one of the NASA women even talks about her own daughter’s interest in space and the secrets of the universe.
It’s also a remarkably touching commentary on the power of dreams and working to make them come true.
Highly recommend.
Pretty sure Tran is the #2 most common of all Vietnamese last names smh. Distant second (to Nguyen) but still, second most common of all.
