Need Advice or SupportUnsure how to explain myself
Posted April 1, 2024 by loser in Women

Hello all,

I've always been attracted only to women, and considered myself lesbian. Due to my retiring personality, years ago I accepted a relationship with my more pushy boyfriend. I am not attracted to him despite his objective attractive appearance. I don't see a future with him and have been looking for a girlfriend. I have even explained this to him on multiple occasions, and he accepts that I love women.

I don't consider myself bisexual despite this current failed relationship. I consider this a mishap which occurred due to my doormat behavior, saying yes to things I don't like. However, due to "being in a relationship with a man" I feel unable to call myself a lesbian now, as it's unacceptable to other lesbians... But I'm not bi. I've never been attracted to men.

Does a lavender relationship preclude oneself from being "gay"? I don't know what else I would be... Any thoughts? I just want to find a woman to spend my life with, without lying to her about my situation.

That second panel with "HRT" is why I don't call their cosmetic and spiritual drug use that anymore. HRT helps menopausal women with their symptoms by replacing the hormones their body is making less of. Trans aren't doing the same thing at all.

CaeruleaSeptember 3, 2023

That's why they took the word to begin with. They are pretending it's the same thing, when obviously it's not.

UnicornSeptember 4, 2023

TRAs and colonizing words that aren't meant for them. Name a better duo.

SrfthrowawaySeptember 3, 2023

I call it MHT menopausal hormone therapy.

OwnLyingEyesSeptember 3, 2023

Obligatory as always PSA that LaBelle here acting as any kind of moral authority is pretty rich AFTER he got busted for drawing child porn tracing images of real children he found online.

And 'older' doesn't make it not experimental, data for the intended application, in the intended cohort, and its effects are what makes it experimental, and accurate record-keeping seems to be something the trans lobby is allergic to. Funny that.

And while I highly doubt he has any data to make the claim about tattoos versus invasive unnecessary medical procedures, a regretted tattoo doesn't tend to have life-altering medical consequences or feature heavily in suicidal people's decision to kill themselves, unlike "transitioning" (as named in note after note and now in petitions to Canada to be "euthanized") and if deeply regretted can be fairly easily removed, covered up, or altered.

And finally, pretty rich claim coming from the movement busy coopting the police force to make people pretend men are women and vice versa, pushing to punish people severely for using accurate pronouns, fighting to retain single sex spaces, etc. Women needing help to keep delusional, entitled, perverted men out of our few remaining spaces isn't the burn you invasive creeps think it is. TRAs are the assholes doing things like running to the government to force their way into meetups for potential sexual and romantic partners intended for people who categorically have no sexual or romantic interest in them...and the government/'police state' has been happy to oblige them

danaseilhanSeptember 3, 2023

I mean... Frontal lobotomies are older than HRT. Leeches are older than HRT. Although we still use leeches for VERY limited medical applications. (Things like restoring circulation to a reattached body part.) But for the most part, nah.

Fan of trepanning, personally.

  • There is no such thing as a “trans or q~eer child.” There are kids who don’t fit into stereotypes. Some turn out to be gay or lesbian. Some are heterosexual, just nonconformist. But a “trans or q~eer child” is either a failure of parenting or a child being groomed by “q~eer” ideologues. The word, when used as a verb, means to deliberately render something or someone FUBAR as a radical and intentionally destructive political act. As a slur against gays and lesbians, it has only been “reclaimed” by sexual deviants looking to normalize the unthinkable, ride the coattails of normal LGBs’ hard-fought acceptance into mainstream society, and “drag” children along with it. If you are of the mentality that a “trans or q~eer child” is something that 1) exists and 2) is to be celebrated, please do not have kids. Most likely you should be under a restraining order barring you from contact or interaction with them.

  • HRT was never meant to be used in wrong-sex applications. It is not only experimental, it is harmful quackery predicated upon the validity of woke medicine, and it should be outlawed for these deceptive and destructive purposes. These powerful drugs are used in serious applications such as for cancer patients, to treat symptoms of menopause, or to chemically castrate sex offenders. It is a “treatment” for something (gender nonconformism) that is not an illness. It was used in the conversion therapy of the brilliant gay scientist Alan Turing, who committed suicide rather than be rendered a eunuch. HRT prescribed under these applications is barbaric.

  • Tattoos are elective body modification. No one ever argues that not getting a tattoo will cause someone to commit suicide or that tattoos are “life affirming care.” It is also not legal to get them under the age of 18, while gender butchery is being done to minors, again under the guise that it is “healthcare” rather than unethical cosmetic surgery. Tattooing is not covered by health insurance, and no one is being punished for not “affirming” someone as a zebra if he or she wishes to have full-body zebra stripes tattooed. But we see your obvious dig at JKR for calling this BS out. It’s tiresome and nobody believes it anymore.

  • “Gender” is not biological, sex is. It is immutable and inborn. There is no “police state enforcement”; it’s Mother Nature doing that. The police states you’re thinking of are places like Iran where “trans treatment” is required as conversion therapy for gays and lesbians. “Trans” — a made-up category altogether — are losing no rights that they and everyone else don’t already have. They are, however, depriving others of the freedom of association and the opportunity for gainful employment and to keep their families intact if they dare speak up against the oppressive institutional cult of “trans.”

  • Facts are literally genocide, apparently.

VestalVirginSeptember 3, 2023

More people regret NOT getting a Harry Potter tattoo twenty years later than regret NOT transing themselves (with castration and all) twenty years later.

Try proving me wrong, lol.

spacykateSeptember 5, 2023

Now I want a Harry Potter tattoo and I wasn’t even that big of hp fan.

DimetrodonSeptember 3, 2023(Edited September 3, 2023)

Uh, no one is saying that gender is biological. We're saying gender is a restrictive social construct, and that sex is biological. No one has to enforce sex upon anyone, because you can't change your sex even if you try. (Also, police state?)

Furthermore, it doesn't matter how long we've been giving people cross-sex hormones. There are still risks to tampering with your body. In cases such as heart transplants, the risks are obviously justified. But TIPs would be happy to give cross-sex hormones to literal children who have nothing physically wrong with them.

The lack of logic is unsurprising though, coming from Assigned Male Comics.

MafdetPotatokin 🥔September 3, 2023

Oh god, the endless wailing of TRAs about their HP tattoos. Get a goddamn cover up, whiny fuckers.

Unlike that horrorshow surgery, you can actually fix the tattoo when no longer desired. That horrorshow however... And let us not forget the non-reversible effects of puberty blockers and testosterone on women.

exiled_lone_wolfSeptember 5, 2023

I always laugh when they cry about tattoos or act like tattoos are the same as chopping off breasts or penises Lmaoo

I have a ton of tattoos and don’t regret any of them; and cover-ups and lasering have come a LONG way. A good cover up artist can change your life if you’re trying to alter or get rid of a bad tattoo.

  1. If I had kids I would teach them that biology is immutable but that doesn't have any bearing on hobbies, interests, abilities or personalities...so no, I wouldn’t have a “trans” kid, because there’s no such thing. I also wouldn't have a “queer” kid, my kid would be either gay/lesbian, straight or bisexual - all of which are fine, natural and healthy.

  2. “HRT” is to aid women going through menopause, NOT for deluded males. Cross sex hormones are highly experimental, and for anyone with a working brain it should be very obvious that pumping a healthy body full of entirely unnecessary chemicals/artificial hormones is a bad idea.

  3. Most people would rather have a bad tattoo that a vastly decreased lifespan, osteoporosis, vaginal atrophy, increased chance of cancer, sterilisation and/or butchered genitals and destroyed sexual function...

  4. “Gender” is not biological. Sex is biological and immutable. Single sex spaces for women need to be enforced because men are an inherent threat to us (as proven globally, historically and statistically) regardless of what they wear or believe themselves to be.

Yet again, mind boggling stupidity from dimwitted TRAs.

UnicornSeptember 3, 2023

Gender is not biological. It is social constructs based on sex-based stereotypes. Sex is biological.

If gender is innate, why does it need a police state to enforce punishing gender critical people for wrongthink?

WitchPleaseSeptember 3, 2023

Do we have a police state enforcing gender? I must have missed it.

VestalVirginSeptember 4, 2023

Well, we in Germany will soon have one.

10000 euros fine for correctly sexing a person of gender identity.

If that's not police state, I don't know what is.

WitchPleaseSeptember 4, 2023

So if someone assumes I'm a they/them because of the way I dress can I make them pay? Or is it just for men in skirts?

overanddoneSeptember 3, 2023

Makes me want to go get a Harry Potter tattoo

TwoXChromosomesSeptember 3, 2023

If "sex is a spectrum", why do you want to "transition" from one to the other one?

Yes, people regret getting an ill-considered tattoo. Which is why we don't let children get tattoos. And why we shouldn't let children take puberty blockers, wrong-sex hormones, or have mutilating surgeries.

puppy_catSeptember 3, 2023

Yes, HRT has definitely been used in men and children to make them grow boobs on purpose, for many years. Great comparison! /s

Radical_PhoenixSeptember 3, 2023

"facts need not apply"

LasagnaRossaSeptember 3, 2023(Edited September 3, 2023)

Let's rewrite those boards so that they make actual sense.

If you are not prepared for a child with any kind of disability (physical, psychological), don't have kids.

Estrogen is a natural hormone found in abundance in female bodies and little in male bodies. Let's keep it this way.

A tattoo, regretted or not, doesn't ruin life unlike hormone therapy and heavy surgery for transgender people.

Since gender is biological you don't need to do anything, the body does everything by itself.

HelenaHandbasketSeptember 3, 2023

Yes, when I had babies, I wasn't thinking of "accepting a trans or q kid". Mainly because.....they didn't exist before about 2011-ish, and I was done having them by then.

pegasusknightSeptember 3, 2023(Edited September 3, 2023)
  1. I think regret rates were lower in the past, but that’s when there was more gatekeeping and it was less in the culture. Now teens are being egg_irl’ed into doing 15 minute zoom consults to get recommendations for HRT. They claim this isn’t happening while simultaneously arguing for barriers to care being torn down (“informed consent”).

  2. No one is keeping track of trans regret. Maybe there are internet surveys purporting to show low regret rates, but that’s hardly scientific. Think about all of the people who post about botched surgeries by doctors and the doctors don’t care. Do you think those doctors are following up and keeping records of regret?

danaseilhanSeptember 3, 2023

Of course gender is not biological.

But woman and man are sex classes, not genders. In humans, if you were not born into a sex class, you will never get into it later, either.

We need to start pushing back on this. GCs stop referring to sex class as gender challenge. It might be the only thing that starts waking some people up about this issue. This entire movement, ridiculous as it is, only got any traction because people think woman's a gender.

samsdatSeptember 3, 2023

Sometimes I think this must be a bad nightmare and I’ll wake up eventually.

TheKnittaSpacePopeSeptember 3, 2023

Oh look, “the Left can’t meme”, proof positive yet again.

  1. Don’t tell people what to do. None of your f*cking business.

  2. I don’t care. Men don’t need female hormones or vice versa. Kids especially.

  3. We know that’s a lie, as do you. Your endless trans forums full of permanent patients with piss and shit leaking from places they shouldn’t be, and zero sexual function but “no regrets!” says more than your one terribly-designed questionnaire.

  4. Says the group using the law to bully everyone into playing along with their fetishes.

Meme better, TRAs.

LadylucySeptember 3, 2023(Edited September 3, 2023)
  1. Could you please tell me what “queer” (a nasty slur) means? You guys can’t seem to define it, kinda like “woman.”
  2. HRT has always been for adults, not children. Thus, its use for children is experimental . The use of puberty blockers for children is also experimental, because there are no long term studies about children using it. Children, mainly girls, have used it for precocious puberty and growth, but for some, serious bone and joint pain, tooth loss, hair loss and cognitive impairment have plagued them. However, considering your history of an inappropriate fixation on children, puberty blockers may be just the ticket to dial down your love of children.
  3. Source?
  4. Misuse of gender. It is SEX you should use. Other than that, a police state to enforce what? Reread and fix the incoherent sentence.
Every-Man-His-Own-FootballSeptember 3, 2023(Edited September 3, 2023)
  • If you change your gender and nobody acknowledges it, are you even trans?
  • Indigo children are older than trans kids.
  • More people regret getting their body mutilated than not getting their body mutilated.
  • You need a state to make "trans treatment" paid for by taxes* and available to children without parental consent. (*Or mandatory for health insurance providers to cover.)
DJKTRONSeptember 3, 2023(Edited September 3, 2023)

(1) Since trans is real, when scientists develop a genetic test for it, will they support selective abortion of "trans" fetuses? Or will they support forced birth in that scenario?

(2) So is bloodletting. Are we supposed to bring shit back because it's old? That's the opposite of progress, but the rest of their ideas are also regressive so it makes sense.

(3) It's called the "sunk cost fallacy."

(4) If gender is real, why are they demanding the police state enforce it? GCs want biological sex, which is a material reality, recognized by law. No one needs to enforce reality, but they do need to force us to all play along with their fantasies.
