RaveI can't believe how ashamed I used to be about my "facial hair"

For context, I stopped shaving about 7 months ago. If you had told me about it when I was 16 I would have laughed. I had always been very self conscious about my "moustache", which was super painful to remove, and I plucked my "unibrow" twice a week. I thought people would notice if I didn't.

The thing is... After 7 months of not touching it, I have literally (yes, literally. I have counted them) a total of 16 hairs in my "unibrow". 16. And very short. And a very light colour. You can't even see that they are there. Same with my "moustache". My hair in my upper lip is very light and thin. You can only notice it if you are uncomfortably close to me.

I have been causing pain to myself over nothing.

Ironically, my leg hair, which I shaved but I wasn't that worried about, is way more noticeable. I don't care. I've finally grown used to it. I can finally say that I love my body (and facial) hair and, if given the choice of either being hairless forever with no pain or being as I am now, I would choose the latter :)
