Need Advice or SupportThere was an oversight on my resume. I'm mortified, but should I just stay quiet, or follow up in an email and correct it?

I don't want to be too specific just because I'm always paranoid somehow someone I know will lurk here and connect my stories with what I've said in real life so I'll change it a bit, but it's the same concept as to what happened.

I transferred my resume to a new template. Imagine where in one section it would say "ROLE NAME HERE" on my list of previous positions... I spent a few hours on this resume and swear I looked it over so many times. I feel like an absolute idiot. The rest of the resume, I believe, is my best to date. I really was very interested in the role, and thought I'd be a good fit. This is for an internal hire, if it matters.

Should I email the hiring manager and fess up and take ownership proactively, or just stay quiet and possibly say in the interview that I realized the oversight after and give them a corrected version?
