The phrase "pantsuit nation" resurfaced with the US election, and I realised I can't remember the last time I wore a dress.

I'm a jeans/blazer person myself (the less fancy version of the pantsuit girl) and was curious about other Ovarettes. How much "femme" do you keep in your feminism?

Me: Technically, I do wear dresses in the summer and at home/we, but they are of the djellaba/moumou/oversized caftans variety, so I'd put myself in the special occasions category.

Also, I'll be forever grateful to Covid for making comfy footwear (aka my fav trainers) pretty much acceptable anywhere.

This circle is not for news about violence.

If any part of your text / link post is about trans, post it to o/GenderCritical. Trans related image posts go in o/TransLogic or o/Radfemmery.

If you post about trans topics in o/Women your post may be locked and / or deleted. We cannot move posts around.

This is a friendly and supportive community for general topics which are not contentious. Posts which start arguments, or which devolve into arguments in the comments, are extremely likely to be removed. This is a friendly and supportive general chat community, not a debate or argument board.
