RantDeeper friendships vs politics
I've made a friend and I enjoy talking to her and I want to know more about her and think she's an interesting person. However, it makes me sad that the friendship could easily be broken up in a second if she finds out that I'm gender critical. This got me thinking about the concept of best friends and someone who knows everything about you and you can talk about anything with. I wonder I'll be able to find someone who's open to different ideas like me (though I'll admit I can be a little too open). I wonder if it's even possible or I have to keep living carefully and keep parts of myself closed. Though I guess realistically many people have something they keep to themselves and never share with anyone. But god, it would be so nice to have someone you can freely be yourself with. I wish I can have something like Mulder and Scully from The X-Files haha
