I wouldn’t be a proper Italian if I didn’t say I love breaded chicken cutlets, cause I absolutely do.
Growing up, it was a good week if mom made breaded chicken cutlets, because left overs could be made into the best sandwich you could possibly imagine.
I love chicken grilled, crispy (but not fried), cooked in the oven whole, in soups, in sandwiches, rotisserie, wrapped in bacon, grilled on a barbecue, you name it.
I just ate dinner of crispy chicken and it made me want to give thanks to the versatility of this humble bird.
