Any other women with alopecia of any type or severity in here? Hair is often tied up with stereotypical aspects of beauty in women, and I have seen a lot of women with it struggle significantly due to equating hair with beauty, and self-worth.
I have known since I was a teenager I would end up losing it, and my day of reckoning with shaving it off is fast approaching. Curious to hear others' experiences here at Ovarit in particular, as most sites and forums for this topic are filled with desperation and panic-filled posts. And I would rather embrace it and hair-go-vroom than live my life chasing treatments with minimal results and lots of side effects. Ain't got time for that. :)
Very interested in others' experiences, since this is not uncommon in women, but verboten to talk about.
What did you feed that thing? I'd be afraid it would sit up on that board and slap me a few times.
That's like 3 parsnips in one right there. How do you usually cook/eat your parsnips? Sometimes I like to put one in with potatoes that I'm cooking down for mash, and it gives the mash a slightly sweet flavor.
That sounds really wonderful ❤️ I use them in a variation of dishes. I also use them as a stand-in for celeriac. This time I grated some of it finely to use in a lasagna.
What a specimen! For a moment I thought I was seeing a TIM 😂
Noooo D: my poor parsnip 😢
He’s a spectacular parsnip! Truly exquisite! Not his fault unwashed moids can resemble characterful root vegetables! Be proud of him!
I am pretty sure JKR took inspiration from something like this to write about the mandrakes
Mandrakecore
