I'm mentoring a group of young women who are currently constrained to remote study and work. For the most part their English is not great (though progressing) and they don't (yet) have much in the way of certified education. If I want to point them in the direction of potential work opportunities that they can do remotely, where should we look? I'm sure there aren't many opportunities for them to earn a living with their current skill sets, but what would be good routes and goals for them to achieve some kind of income and work history over the next couple of years? Can they work toward professional careers exclusively online?
