That's it.

If you want to have a laugh while learning more, Elaine Miller is a fantastic woman who has been campaigning for greater access and education when it comes to women's health.

Here is her website (that includes exercises): https://www.gussetgrippers.co.uk/about

And here is the first video I came across of her, where she talks in depth about why poor pelvic floor health is one of the most damaging things that can happen to women as a whole in society: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9ZNINhdhN0

I’ve been looking into Pelvic floor therapy lately in hopes it might help with bowel issues/persistent UTIs that have increased since childbirth. Would love to hear other women’s feedback/experiences with it!

That 'trans people with dementia forget they transitioned' thing was pretty interesting. She's very funny and charming.

That video was not what I expected. She spent quite a long time talking about trans people and how early menopause could affect transmen, regardless of whether they get pregnant or not. Also she mentioned Magdalen Berns.

But her analysis of how incontinence can have significant secondary effects was eye-opening for me.

The secondary effects were fascinating

Recently learned that prolapse affects over 9% of women worldwide, so this has been on my mind lately. Thank you for the resource!
