I happened upon Renooz in a footnote, and here is yet another feminist who we hardly hear about right now. She was born in Belgium, ultimately moved to France, and wrote prolifically in French. Many of her works can be read on the Gallica website:
The specific book of hers that was cited in the footnote is:
Psychologie comparée de l'homme et de la femme
What about Victor/Victoria? Erstwhile nanny Julie Andrews starring in the first Hollywood representation of a woman pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman!
They must add this to the history books - without proper biotrans representation, how will we biotrans survive??
Biotrans people have been around forever and this is proof! So happy for you.
Not really great news imo, those were the Rob Zombie movies right? He’s a freak with a shitton of fetishes that he lives out on camera using actors like dolls. He probably just thinks it’s hot for a woman to be so quirky and sexually free but also just barely derisive, edgy.
Watched house of a 1000 corpses and that’s a good representation of him being a degenerate with mental problems, rehashing death, mutilation, corruption, violation of characters, manically… boringly.. having a twisted idea of women and also thinking both the victimization of women and women being monsters is sexy. And of course make sure they look good all the time even if the men are all ghouls.
Basically just porn-fried man making horror, the movie.
Edit: I’m so sorry for not taking into account your validation though. Congratulations for finding bio-trans representation. Good representation is hard to come by, I’m so sorry for your plight.
To be fair I went into it under the impression that it was the ORIGINAL Halloween II (aka Jamie Lee Curtis running around in a hospital; I had no idea that the late-2000s Halloween reboot had a sequel until I was like “this doesn’t look familiar and where tf is Jamie Lee Curtis?”. I turned it off after I realized it was just going to be a gore fest 😑
But I was SO VALIDATED by the biotrans rep!!!
Biotrans 👏🏼folx 👏🏼have👏🏼 always 👏🏼existed!
Biotrans have been around for as long as there have been people. But when a biocis-sexist archeologist uncovers a female skeleton buried with things associated with women, they think "oh it's just a woman" 🙄 Like how much more obvious could it be???
