The age thing is interesting. One thing I've noticed about TiMs in women's sports is that some of the adult ones go out of their to be around underage girls specifically.
Given the increasing number of underage players playing on first teams, I’m not surprised that BPL and FIFA would have locker room rules for minors. But I also wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t have those same rules for women, justifying it with something about adult women not being dangerous to girls. Although most leagues do have rules about male coaches entering female locker rooms.
