I made this NSFW so we can discuss these gyms with less chance of them being targeted with campaigns to change that.

My local YMCA requires TIMS/TIFS to use the private, family changing room rather than the male or female rooms.

Apparently the YMCAs in New York were targeted for this practice by TRAs, but apparently no one cares enough to protest in the middle of nowhere where I live.

I’d love to make a list of places women and girls can feel safe in the locker room.

There is a gym in my very woke town for women who "want to get pregnant, are pregnant, or just gave birth" and I feel like that's the only gym that can legally be female only in my town

Why is it allowed to only let pregnant women in, but not allowed to only let real women in?

Is pregnancy a protected characteristic where you live, but being female is not?

I live in wokeville USA where violence is a reality for women only spaces. I am enthusiastically sterilized and I have considered attending this gym. We used to have a womens gym "curves" but legally they had to be a women only "club" not a gym because no public gym can discriminate based on sex.

I feel like anyone at all could get in under the "I want to get pregnant" header though? How can you prove that this is both something you want and something you're capable of?

If you have a moment, take the time to send them a thank you note explaining why it is important to you. If they have a collection of those, they may be in a better position to fend off TRAs.

Male "trans" will ignore the rule and use the womens changing rooms anyway. Even mothers with male children older than the age cutoff in YMCAs ignore the rule. People who feel entitled to something don't think they should have to follow the rules and make such a huge stink when someone tries to keep a boundary that they usually get their way.

Do the private family changing rooms also have individual private showers? Cos if they don't, the men will also definitely invade the womens showers.

I don't know of any places myself, but I'd guess places like the YMCA (like you mentioned) and other religiously founded organizations would probably be the most conservative and therefore have the most pushback against TiMs using the female changing rooms.
