You waste medical resources and the valuable time of medical providers just to give yourself a validation boner. This is getting me riled up because I can't help thinking of the late, great RunawaySiren. She often spoke about how it annoyed her when trans people called their hormones "life saving care". Meanwhile, she literally needed her "hormones" (insulin) in order to stay alive (and struggled to pay for them because the American medical system treats diabetics like shit). And, sadly, diabetes complications took her life when she was in her early 20s
Trans people who wail about their "live saving care" are the absolute fucking worst. They gobble up medical funds and resources that should be used on people with REAL problems. And they have no shame about it whatsoever. On the contrary, they're constantly begging for MORE free shit and to be allowed to cut in line ahead of cancer patients

Let's assume this really happened. I doubt the two women fell silent because they felt ashamed or something like that but because they didn't want to argue with a guy who was ranting at them out of nowhere.
Having said that, I doubt this happened. One, the initial dialogue makes absolutely no sense. If anything, women would probably lament that men have it easier, but I really, really doubt they'd bring up TIMs when talking about expenses. It just doesn't ring true. Two, that speech sounds way too elaborate to have been spontaneous, not to mention the dramatic finishing of the drink and theatrically walking out the door.

This 100% never happened. Women do not think about, let alone converse about, trans women. I would believe that one of the women said “men have it easy” and the TIM felt triggered because he knows he’s a man, but everything else about this is a fanfic.
Anytime you see someone telling a story online where there's more than two consecutive lines of dialogue, that story is made up. Human memory doesn't work that way; our long-term memory doesn't record entire conversations verbatim. So when you read this lengthy transcript with long stretches of dialogue, that is 100% made up, regardless of the content.
On top of that this isn't even a realistic scenario. Women don't sit around in bars loudly screeching about how jealous they are of trans women, and women in bars don't then sit patiently while a drunk sex clown delivers a ten-minute long self-pity monologue after inserting himself into the conversation.
Plus his skit fails the Bechdel test

Usually when I'm recounting a story, I paraphrase what was said with the occasional, brief direct quotation when something about the exchange really stuck in my mind.
