Hi, I'm not vegan, however I can't eat egg anymore. Since that discovery, I've been reliant on dairy for my breakfasts, but greek yogurt is really costly, sometimes up to US$8 a tub.
As a result I'm looking for healthy vegan breakfasts - I started with chia pudding recently but I think I need to slowly introduce that to ease the digestive burden of new fiber. So I've got chia pudding covered but I know you all will have a lot of wonderful ideas so fire away!

My dream is to make an all-chickpea pizza. Chickpea flour crust, hummus, topped with falafel and roasted chickpeas.
