Makes ME want to drink wine right about now, but I like whites more than reds and I don’t have any bottles at the moment.
Like my tea, I like fruity whites. They can be earthy and dry too, but I tend to like them more on the sweet side.
There's a man in my city who gives occasional lectures on 'wine science', and one he recently gave was on wine fraud! Did you know one in six bottles sold in supermarkets is not actually what it says on the bottle?? Yellowtail is the most likely to be fraudulent. Top tip - you can buy empty bottles of very expensive wine on Ebay - fill them up with whatever and then sell them, the buyer isn't going to open it right away.
