I joined a kinda famous culty gym (it's not a gym; it's more of a set of circuits. I don't know what else to call it) in January. I'm seeing results, not as fast as I'd liked, but I feel my legs and thighs getting toned and stronger.
For April, I want to lift heavier weights and do more upper body work. My upper body is so weak compared to my legs.
Also, so far no pervy men at this gym, and it's mostly women.
