I've been doing Orange Theory Fitness and have been really enjoying it. It's just the right amount of challenging HIIT without seeming to be designed by a bunch of roided out maniacs.
I wanna start running again in between classes though. I'd like to have at least six miles a week down, outside of class. Writing this down to keep myself honest.
This is a women-only circle to talk about fitness.
Women can post about pretty much anything about fitness here: Your work out routine, nutrition, rants and raves, advice, form checks, your progress, body image, societal expectations about women (not) gaining strength, working out during shark week, dealing with men or other women in public, how to find a trainer.

Six miles - a mile a day x 6 days?
I tend to do two miles at a time, so more like two days of OTF, three days of running, two days of taking it easy a week.
That makes sense! Enjoy the training!
