Lol

I read that this article earlier today and started laughing. It's so textbook. It's the biggest farce. Unbelievable that anyone takes any of this seriously. Look at him. Ffs. He's like every slobby weird gamer bro with a porn addiction. It's comical until you remember this is actually happening.

"Computer gaming editor" was the first thing that jumped right at me, too. Like clockwork, right?

[–] JLT 38 points (+38|-0)

I like (or used to like) a lot of the same things these people do. It's part of why I was ahead of the curve on knowing what these agp men were like, because they're into all the same stuff as me and I spent a lot of time with them. But holy shit he looks so fucking slimy, he has inspired me to clean up my act, buy some better fitting clothes, and maybe even get a proper haircut. This is the straw that broke this slobby weird gamer's back. I'll be damned if I ever end up looking that creepy.

It would be faster for actual therapists to diagnose real gender dysphoria by asking them how much time they spend online and what their favourite genre of anime is.

[–] DonKarnage 18 points (+18|-0)

"Well I mod at least 164 reddit subs and my favorite genre is catgirl/harem heeheee uwu"

I was looking for the autism diagnosis. Depressing.

I'd bet money on him being an undiagnosed autistic. When you're rich, autism is just being eccentric

Really is interesting that this seems to afflict the children of so many celebrities. And conveniently too.

Dwayne Wade for example, is a known serial cheater and his wife Gabrielle Union was catching quite a bit of heat for not only looking the other way when he cheats, but for saying nothing when photographed with her husband's teammates clearly in the process of cheating on their girlfriends and wives. Not very girl power.

But one trans kid later, and all is forgiven. Some parents would just accept their effeminate son the way he is or maybe realize he might grow up to be gay and help him through that, but having a gay kid is so 2005. That won't get you on the cover of People Magazine anymore.

Side note: Remember when TRAs got super pissy because the story about Brad and Angelina's daughter being trans was wrong, and her parents were actually just treating her as a young, gender non-conforming girl? That was one of the moments I realized how anti-GNC trans activism really is.

[–] ShieldMaiden 44 points (+44|-0)

Actually there’s been some recent press about Shiloh Jolie-Pitt and how she is now presenting as much more feminine. She’s grown her hair out and wears more gender-conforming clothing than she has in the past. She just turned 15, and I just found that all to be very interesting…it seems like a lot of kids are “transitioning” at 12 and 13, or even younger if they are GNC, only to decide to detransion as they mature and exit puberty. Shiloh Jolie-Pitt is a great example of why transitioning should not be pushed onto children.

[–] JoanOfBark 34 points (+34|-0)

I just looked up the pictures and not only are they making a big deal about her having long hair but they're also calling her a "LGBT icon"?! Why are they so worried about a child's sexual orientation or gender identity?

LGBT is supposed to mean something. Why are they trying to make every single deviation from traditionally masculine male and traditionally girly female into a minority? This is literally the opposite of progress!

[–] ShieldMaiden 11 points (+11|-0)

I think it’s taking its toll. My daughter is 13 and it seems like everyone in her friend group identifies as gay or bi. I’ve heard other parents describe the same about their kids, especially their daughters. It’s “cool” to be LGBT nowadays, but it’s almost like it isn’t cool enough to simply be gay or bi now that homosexuality is more accepted in our society - now they have to push the envelope and identify as “queer” or enby or trans. If kids nowadays are truly gay or bi, that’s perfectly fine, but I feel like teenagers especially are simply “trying on” the LGBT alphabet and using it as some sort of weird status symbol. I realize that it’s partially just a normal part of exploring identity during adolescence, but I also feel like it kind of negates the experiences of so many people I knew growing up (even just 10 or 15 years ago) who really struggled with their sexuality and coming out.

By woke standards, anyone who isn't a walking gender stereotype 24/7 is LGBT/Queer. Which means 99% of the population is technically LGBT. Its ridiculous!

[–] CriminallyCritical 25 points (+25|-0)

I think her parents did just the right thing. She's an example of how it should be

[–] Researcher1536 34 points (+34|-0)

My friend did this with her son. He was a very campy 3-7 year old. He loved to wear dresses, paint his nails, wore "makeup." Elsa was his favorite thing in the world. He wore her dress in public and had an Elsa birthday party several years. She let him do his thing. As he gets closer to puberty, he has lost some interest in stereotypical girly things and he's drifting more toward his older brother's interests. But he stills like certain "girly" things. My friend never made a deal about it. Hell, she supports his GNC ways. He's a happy healthy mentally well almost 8 year old. I'm so glad she didn't trans him.

I think her parents bear some responsibility in all of the scrutiny she has received over this. I think Brad was the one who publicly revealed she wanted to be called John and they've been known to do paparazzi shots with the kids.

[–] vulvapeople 40 points (+40|-0) Edited

I give Jolie/Pitt quite a bit of credit for not trying to trans Shiloh. Considering the rumors about Jolie's mental health and her fucked-up childhood, I'm quite heartened that she seems like such a good mother.

[–] Researcher1536 34 points (+34|-0)

They were so pissed that Shiloh was a carefree tomboy. It was deranged how upset they were when recent photos appeared to show her in less so-called tomboy clothing with longer hair.

[–] pennygadget 12 points (+12|-0)

That was so fucked up. Imagine being that heated up about a kid you don't even know changing her fashion sense between the ages of 7 and 15 years old! And being disappointed that a girl grew up to....be normal and not mind being a girl.

[–] glimmer 11 points (+11|-0)

And Shiloh was always normal. I remember people getting upset that Angelina and Brad referred to her as "she" and "sister." As if they could deduce that this child was trans because she wore tuxedos instead of dresses? It really shows how broke this "woke" is.

First case that comes to mind is Chastity/Chaz Bono.

And if your mom was Cher, you, too, might decide to choose to reject womanhood rather than dress up in Bob Mackie wear.

Chastity Bono is a really sad case. My aunt was acquainted with her because they ran in the same lesbian circles back in the days before all lesbian communities & bars got turned into generic qweer spaces. My Aunt was so disappointed when Chastity transitioned. According to her, Chastity took it REALLY hard when her father died. And constantly being compared to Cher and seeing people joke about how fat and frumpy she was compared to her glamorous mother took a huge toll.

It makes sense to me because, ever since Chastity "became a man", nobody shits on her for being fat or not being as pretty as Cher

[–] shveya 3 points (+3|-0)

R Kelly has a lesbian daughter who went through an FTM phase for awhile. She said she got depressed while ID'ing as a man, and that she's happier now. I feel for her, having a dad like him.

[–] goatsauce 32 points (+32|-0)

So, further cementing that this is an affliction of the most privileged among us! Quelle surprise.

At this point I'm just relieved when a celebrity isn't transitioning their minor child.

Curtis's son is 25. I gather from the photographs that no medical transition has taken place. Otherwise wouldn't these pre-transition photos be considered insensitive?

[–] boogerita 22 points (+22|-0)

right on schedule:

Ruby is set to marry her fiancé next year and Curtis will officiate the nuptials.

See also:

Curtis didn't share any details of Ruby's spouse-to-be, though Ruby did share a picture with a girlfriend in 2019

[–] momofreyrella 4 points (+4|-0)

So they trans'd the gay away, right?

Now he is a trans "girl" he can date a guy

[–] no- 20 points (+20|-0)

Idk, this guy has transbian written all over him.

[–] momofreyrella 5 points (+5|-0)

Good point. Plus if the other person is their similar age, its very possible they dont idenify with their gender eithee

[–] boogerita 4 points (+4|-0)

It’s either that or he’s dragging some poor woman along for the ride

There have been rumors forever in the film world that JLC was born visibly intersex, possible androgen insensitivity disorder, so this caught my eye.

[–] bellatrixbells 13 points (+13|-0)

Yeah, 25 years old. Not a woman. Never was, never will be. Shame on her for encouraging misogyny nd homophobia in her son.

[–] Boudicaea 13 points (+13|-0)

Not another one! @Ruby, they keep stealing your name!

[–] Ruby 16 points (+16|-0)

I heard.... 😡 At least in this case his celebrity is from his parent and not his criminal history.

[–] AnnieMacGiver 10 points (+10|-0)

Just what the gaming world needs another anime loving transbian

[–] ProxyMusic 9 points (+9|-0)

Slightly off topic, but for an adopted child, Thomas/Ruby looks a lot like dad Christopher Guest during his "Spinal Tap" days. The face & bod are chubbier, but an image search of Guest from the "Spinal Tap" era shows that the resemblance is strong. IMO, it's unmistakable.

Because Thomas/Ruby is adopted, he cannot inherit his father's barony to become Lord Hayden-Guest, 6th Baron Hayden-Guest, though he & his sister can use the title, The Honourable. I wonder if Thomas would have "transitioned" to Ruby if the rules allowed him to become Baron Hayden-Guest himself. Wikipedia uses The Hon. before the names of both Curtis-Guest kids: The Hon. Anne Guest and The Hon. Ruby Guest.

[–] YpsiRadFem Blerg 7 points (+7|-0)

Under the GRA, men with royal titles who transition keep those titles and inheritances.

[–] Hermione 18 points (+18|-0)

BUT!!! Women cannot transition to men and be eligible to inherit those titles.

My, my, my. It’s almost as if it’s all self serving for men!

Anyway, I think he couldn’t inherit his father’s title anyway because it was voted to do away with inherited peerage no? Or would he still keep the title?

[–] Midnight 4 points (+4|-0)

The families keep the titles, but they no longer inherit the 'right' to sit in the House of Lords & make laws that everyone else has to live by. We still have 92 of the buggers squatting in parliament though.

[–] YesImAWitch 3 points (+3|-0)

Maybe they used a surrogate and didn't want people to know about it.

[–] Jade 8 points (+9|-1)

Honest headline:

“Actor no one’s heard of since the 90’s jumps on trans wagon for media prominence in attempt at being relevant again”.
