Is anyone keeping a list?
Can anyone link me to any resources where the number of men in women's prisons in American or elsewhere is being tracked?
I know Heather Mason was doing some work on this, I think she was keeping a list via contact with women in the prison.
edit: Keep Prisons Single Sex has stats from 2021 for England and Wales
• 94% of all male prisoners who identify as transgender are held in the male estate.
• Less than 1% of male prisoners who identify as transgender and who do not have a GRC are held in the female estate.
• Almost 100% of male prisoners who identify as transgender and who have a GRC are held in the female estate.
• There are 10 male prisoners in the female estate.
• 60% of male prisoners who identify as transgender, who have no GRC and who are held in the male estate have at least one conviction for a sexual offence. This is a very slight increase over the rate for the 2019 data, which showed that 57% of the 129 males who identify as transgender had at least one conviction for a sexual offence (FOI200615022). Note that the total number of male prisoners who identify as transgender, who have no GRC and who are held in the male estate is given here as 146.
• This rate of 60% is far higher than that both for women in prison (around 2% of women in prison in England and Wales have been sentenced for sexual offences) and for men in prison (around 17% of men in prison in England and Wales have been sentenced for sexual offences).
• There is at least one male who identifies as transgender with at least one conviction for a sexual offence housed in the female estate.
edit2: Daily Signal has a piece How Many Men in California Prisons Identify as Women
California’s prison agency provided the statistics in response to a Freedom of Information Act request from the Oversight Project, the government watchdog division of The Heritage Foundation. (The Daily Signal is Heritage’s multimedia news organization.)
[...] As of May 23, 1,549 state inmates identified as transgender, nonbinary, or intersex, according to the corrections department. That means the 1,115 who are biological males identifying as women make up the largest subset of that group of inmates.
Also as of May 23, a total of 342 biological male inmates who identified as women had requested to be transferred to a women’s prison. Of them, 39 were approved for transfer to a female institution, according to the corrections department. Another 14 were denied a transfer and 28 changed their minds about making the move, the agency said.
people really think that they can spot a trans person. You can't.
He's not totally wrong. I see lots of TIMs who I don't realize are TIMs, I just think they're normal guys.
And for the 10% that actually get surgery, their perineal holes AREN’T vaginas, any more than vegan meat is meat. Not only are they constructed either from penile tissue (which, you know, women don’t have) or intestinal tissue, but they’re literally WOUNDS. They are SURGICAL WOUNDS kept open infinitely by artificial means. Nobody, and I mean nobody, can be pressured into interacting sexually with a WOUND.
These men need to understand that IT DOESNT MATTER.
Whatever they do with “bottom surgery” is no way similar to a vagina. All you need to do is look at all the complications and complaints of “poop smell” to know. I’m not sure who would find that attractive.
Also not everyone is attracted to everyone! There’s plenty of men out there that I find unattractive and would never want to see in the nude, let alone experience any type of intimacy with.
Why can’t they leave us alone?! PLEASE take no for an answer and quit with your male behaviour
I would say the front hole created from anus tissue is even more repulsive than a penis.
Why uncomfortable?
Has this guy ever not wanted to fuck someone else in his life? There are an infinite number of examples where "uncomfortable in sleeping with someone" makes complete and total sense, without even including anything trans. "Uncomfortable", like how I wouldn't want to sleep with a geriatric person because I'm in my 20s and not attracted to people 3-4x my age. "Uncomfortable" with sleeping with someone who is married. "Uncomfortable" with sleeping with someone who is a quadruple amputee. People have preferences, and above all, people have a fucking sexuality.
"Why uncomfortable?" Because the comment gets deleted and the person banned if they say disgusted, repulsed, horrified, nauseated, terrified, revolted, traumatized, etc. When we say "uncomfortable" we actually mean all those other things.
because all men would fuck anything that moves, or does not move, they think all women want to do the same.
Pro tip for the TRAs lurking: we don't
Also? We "can" spot a trans person. We are either too kind to say, scared of snickering because consequences, or supremely uninterested in you anyway. Deal with it.
I think the percentage of TIMs who keep their dicks intact is closer to 97% today. At the very least, it's 95%.
Using survey data from 2015 - nearly a decade ago - trans activist researchers reported in 2019 that
Genital GCS [gender confirmation surgery] is generally less common than chest surgery, with prevalence rates of...about 5–10% for transgender women
Chest surgery may be more important to outward gender expression for many individuals, as the presence or absence of breast tissue is more readily visible in daily life than are the genitalia. Chest surgery is likely more accessible as well, as most plastic surgeons are familiar with breast augmentation and mastectomy for non-gender affirming implications, while relatively few are trained in techniques required for transgender genital reconstruction (36).
In surveys and research studies conducted in 2009, 2012, 2014 and 2015,
Transgender women report[ed] bottom surgery at rates between 5–13% (7-9,32)
The part of the body that TIMs are least likely to get "feminizing" procedures on is their genitals.
Transgender women and non-binary individuals assigned male at birth may commonly seek procedures that feminize other highly-gendered aspects of their outward presentation, such as the face, tracheal cartilage, body contour, body hair, and voice.

A paper published in 2023 (that seems to have been intentionally written so that it's hard to follow) looked at data on "gender affirming surgeries" conducted in the USA from 2016 to 2020. The data came from
the Nationwide Ambulatory Surgery Sample (NASS) and the National Inpatient Sample (NIS). NASS is an ambulatory surgery database and captures major ambulatory surgical procedures at nearly 2800 hospital-owned facilities from up to 35 states, approximating a 63% to 67% stratified sample of hospital-owned facilities. NIS comprehensively captures approximately 20% of inpatient hospital encounters from all community hospitals across 48 states participating in the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project (HCUP), covering more than 97% of the US population. Both NIS and NASS contain weights that can be used to produce US population estimates.12,13
From these sources, the researchers say they idenfified a total of 48,019 patients who underwent some kind of "gender affirming surgery" from 2016 to 2020.
Although from my reading, I suspect this might mean they identified 48,019 surgeries. It's not clear to me.
The most common procedures were breast and chest procedures, which occurred in 27,187 patients (56.6%),
The so-called "breast procedures" mean operations to install factory-made plastic sacs of silicone gel or saline solution into the chest walls of TIMs.
Men and boys realizing their fantasies of obtaining large, fake-looking artificial orbs they like to call "porn star tits" (to use Jazz Jennings' phrase) appear to have accounted for 44% of the "breast and chest procedures." The other 56% were TIFs getting their healthy breasts amputated.
Facial and cosmetic procedures - which included liposuction, rhinoplasty, cutting down and remodeling the facial bones of TIMs, tracheal shaves, hair removal or transplantation, collagen injections and facial implants - accounted for 6669 patients/procedures (13.9%).
The most common genital reconstructive procedure was hysterectomy (4489 [9.3%]), followed by orchiectomy (3425 [7.1%]), and vaginoplasty (3381 [7.0%]).

Of course, these figures don't mean that 7% of all TIMs have had or will have gential surgeries. These figures simply mean that of the TIPs and NBs in the USA who had some kind of "gender affirming surgeries" in 2016-2020, 7% were TIMs who had genital surgeries. This group represents just a tiny proportion of all TIMs, most of whom never get any surgeries of any kind.
All of which leads me to believe that at least 97% of TIMs have their dicks and balls intact, just like all the rest of their male urogenital organs.
Why would it make someone uncomfortable? Uh, maybe because "trans" people are fucking insane? Most people don't want to be with a liar who is incredibly entitled and unstable to the point of self mutilation via hormones and cosmetic surgery.
Would y'all makeup your minds? You can't have it both ways. Either we can't tell who is "trans" because y'all "pass", or we can and you're all being "genocided" and "rejected" because of it.
Sorry but in reality 100% of TiM keep their dick. Some just invert it, but it's still a penis.
How about the high rates of mental illness in the trans community? Is it ok that to limit dating for that reason? I’m just curious where the line is. IMO, you get to decide who you date/sleep with- anyone telling you who to date is rape culture.
Bingo plus high rates of substance abuse and prostitution
I don't care if someone doesn't want to fuck me
He was actually forced at gunpoint to write down his opinion on the matter.
They always say that lol
"I don't care if you don't want to have sex with me!"
Followed by an incel manifesto about how it's wrong if you don't.
Lesbians and straight men don't want TIMs because they are men. The dick may be the most sexually repulsive thing but the entire rest of men is repulsive. Every cell in their bodies, everything about them remains male. Getting a surgical front-hole doesn't change that.
Oh, we can spot you. In real life, we can spot you.
For real. They DO trick me sometimes online, but irl? Nope
"It doesn't bother me that someone doesn't want to fuck me" explains why it bothers him
The fact that "as if every trans woman out there has a cock" is said with sincerity, and not some double stuffed sarcastic Dane Cook joke from 2004....
Now being able to tell that they're men is transphobic.
Anyone know what post that person is talking about? I'd be interested to see it, but I couldn't find it.
"...Genital reconstruction was performed for 16 872 patients (35.1%)....vaginoplasty (3381 [7.0%])..."
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2808707 "National Estimates of Gender-Affirming Surgery in the US"
Like anyone, anywhere wants to put their mouth or penis near a surgical wound
"I don't like dick" still applies to a surgically inverted dick. Hope this helps.
An inside out sock is still a sock!
Lol, you're right. But honestly it's a smellier sock.
Haha this made me lol. The similarities are numerous.
Yoooo I'm gonna use that! Brilliant.
Any idea what r/popular post he is talking about?
No, I wish I did. I think this comment was a TIF though. Not positive though
