I love being a woman who sticks up for the rights of other women and girls.
I love knowing biological reality & believing in science.
I love having logic.
I love sticking up to misogynistic men.
I love being speaking the truth!
I love being a part of a community of wonderful, hilarious, intelligent, witty, caring, amazing women who support each other.
I love being a terf.
<3
Anyone else? đââď¸
After spending the entirety of last weekend with a conference room full of terfs, I couldnât agree more. I havenât smiled or laughed so much probably in all my life. They hate us cause they ainât us (and never will be no matter how much they let pharma experiment on them or unethical surgeons butcher them).
I wish I could meet other terfs at conferences like this. I feel so lonely in my beliefs sometimes. Sigh
That sounds like a dream! Youâre so lucky to know stunning & majestic terves in real life!!
How appropriate! I just recut my terf bangs! đ
I need to know what these are so I can watch for them in the wild!
Oh it's just a silly joke...TRAs seem to think that all TERFs have super short, straight-across baby bangs. So they'll often refer to them as "terf bangs" as yet another way to mock women.
Cuz, y'know, I really give a shit what some transcel keyboard warrior thinks. đââď¸
Me too. I used to not love being a woman, I was fully on the nonbinary train before it was cool, but now that I know the most misogynistic men on earth want to be women and will never be, I couldn't be happier I have something no amount of money or power will give them. Edit: thanks terfs for showing me the way!
Me!
I can't imagine suspending disbelief indefinitely and living in a world of denial. Thanks, no thanks. I'd rather be here.
Yes!! I'm a radical feminist but don't give a fuck if some delusional TRA calls me a terf, it's a badge of honor at this point.
I know itâs not an accurate term but Iâve come to embrace it. Iâve been called a terf for any feminist statement so Iâm not afraid of it anymore.
I love being a terf too! I embrace the term - I do exclude transwomen from female everything & I do gatekeep womanhood & I'm proud. I love being female & my female body. And I love being truthful & honest & brave & not giving a fuck about being nice & kind. Fuck them. Fuck the troons, the handmaidens, the wokebros. Viva la terven & all truthful people who stand for reality & fairness. We shall overcome!
Hell yes, sis!!!
I totally wanna make a banner that says âViva la Tervenâ on it now! đšđš

"We were terfing out together" or "he's a big TERF like me."
đ¤Łđ¤Łđ¤Ł Yes! Love when itâs used as a verb, lol. My other favorite variations are âterveryâ (such as, âShe committed tervery,â) terfinâ it up, surfin & terfin, etc đđ
Proud radical feminist! I reject the term T*rf for the same reason I refuse to be called "q'eer" because it's a slur. I am proud of standing up for truth, LGB people, women and children and for standing firm in reality and logic despite it putting me "on the wrong side of history". This is the first issue I've spoken out on that has made me truly unpopular with my friends and peers, I'm proud of myself for standing up for what's right even if it leaves me feeling alone!
T*rf and transphobe are a badge of honor at this point. Those words are less than meaningless, their outright lies. đđžââď¸
I reject the term terf and choose feminist instead, but I agree with every other sentiment.
I understand why some women here donât want to embrace the term :) I still think itâs a slur of course when others use it toward us. People just use âterfâ so negatively though, but I think being a terf is something to be proud of!
I just think it's not accurate. My feminism doesn't exclude women who attempt to escape womanhood.
Testicle Exclusionary Radical Feminism, anyone?
This is absolutely perfect, haha. Itâs extremely frustrating how the label phrases it as âtrans exclusionaryâ when in reality what they mean is âmale exclusionary.â
Yes!!!!
đ
I know itâs not accurate; merf is accurate though, but by now terf is already ubiquitous.
This. "Terf" was a term invented by a TIM to describe feminism because he wanted to appropriate it, implying that there were two kinds of feminism : the "right" one, which puts women's issues on the back burner while it busies itself with the wants of men, and the "wrong" kind, which puts women first and teaches them that they can say no.
"Terf" is not just a misnomer (none of us excludes TIFs, they exclude themselves... While still benefiting from progress feminists have made), it's a useless term since it's posed in opposition to libfems... Who are simply not feminists. Feminism does not center the needs and pleasure of men. That's literally its antithesis.
I've used "terf" IRL two or three times out of practicality and I don't like it. We shouldn't make concessions for TIMs and we shouldn't let them define us, not as women, and not as feminists.
