RaveCan I just say how much I LOVE Dr. Hillary Cass?
While the big thing right now is her Cass report, I absolutely have to gush about this woman. Firstly, she's a STEM professional with a career accomplishments most people can only wish for. She is a true role model for young girls to look up to and aspire to be. Not the Kardashians and Jenners, or the myriad of influencers wearing skimpy outfits or doing makeup tutorials online. ANYONE can learn to do makeup. Come on, it's really not that hard. It's not a real accomplishment being able to do make up or hair. (I'll give it that it may be a skill for those who are professional makeup artists and hair stylists, but it's not an accomplishment.) But to be an eminent doctor? THAT is an accomplishment.
Secondly, I love love love that she simply looks like a regular middle-age woman going about life. She is what a real woman looks like. They kind we see all around us everyday in the real world. By just BEING, she is literally the answer to all the TIMs with cakes of makeup on their faces, wearing cutesy pink miniskirts, surgically-created outsized breasts all trying to look like a mannequin.
After clowns like Dylan Mulvaney making our eyes bleed, seeing Dr. Cass is a breath of fresh air that brings back a much-needed dose of reality.
