RantCognitive dissonance is annoying, lol.

My mother and I were talking about labour and childbirth. It began because she was on Facebook, chuckling while reading accounts of what men have said in the delivery room. Some, I will reluctantly admit, were funny, but most of it I found quite annoying. Just felt like men being clueless and ungrateful, ugh. Anyways…

She said, “That’s why scientists can tell whether a skeleton is a man or a woman, since women have a larger gap in their pelvis, and men don’t give birth.”

All the while, I kept thinking, “After saying this, how can you believe in the ‘legitimacy’ of transgenderism?”

Instead I said, “Oh, wow. There’s a lot of differences between men and women’s skeletons, aren’t there?”

She replied, “Oh, yeah. Huge.”

She knows very fucking well which sex is which. This is why I don’t believe her when she says she believes in TIPs.
