RantTiMs doing pregnancy tests at clinics

Very cool that men are wasting healthcare workers' time by taking very obviously unnecessary pregnancy tests.
Interestingly enough, someone in the thread commented that it is difficult to get them on "trans masc individuals who have female reproductive parts" (aka TiFs who changed their sex marker to M).
Why aren't any of these people honest? Why don't TiMs just say they're men and don't need pregnancy tests? Or the TiFs maybe bring up the possibility of pregnancy if they're having heterosexual sex? Instead, at best, we're wasting healthcare resources; at worst, women are dying because they transed and are having a medical emergency that is pertinent to their sex and they don't want to admit they're female (like in the cases of TiFs having miscarriages or ectopic pregnancies while they're taking testosterone and 'passing' as male).
