Societal expectations have often encouraged men to be as rough as a grizzled stone and women to be as soft as a summer breeze
These expectations can be likened to a cage, trapping the men and women who don't conform in its bars. The gender identity ideology is the master of this cage, dangling the keys of acceptance and validation before the eyes of the non-conforming, whispering false promises in their ears, sowing seeds of doubt and luring them into the false hope that they can be free of their internal turmoil by forsaking their authentic selves
The truth is, a man of delicate appearance, his nails graced with the colors that nature has spread upon the petals of flowers or the wings of butterflies, his face and body shorn of hair, his form as smooth as supple silk, whose tears flow freely and whose heart is open to drinking the cup of love from his fellow men, is no less a man. A woman of commanding presence, whose heart sings a ballad of loyalty and protection for her fellow women and whose fierce spirit thirsts for the exhilaration of competition, too, is no less a woman. Their passions and pursuits don't erase the essence of their being
It's not the shedding of feminine or masculine traits that makes us whole, but the embracing of them in their entirety
There's power and beauty in this balance, in the mixture of masculine and feminine energies, that creates someone emotionally aware and sensitive to their and others’ needs. So I believe we should cheer on the feminine men and masculine women. Understanding and celebrating their non-conformity will be a powerful antidote to the toxicity of gender identity ideology
