DiscussionWhat will LIKELY be the next FAD when the gender lunacy IS OVER?

Hi, Ovarittes! Recently we celebrated a decrease in the number of enbies among young people. If there are any TRAs reading this: NO, we DON'T mean reducing this number by killing people. We mean reducing it by convincing them that gender lunacy is insane.

With that being said, it looks like the spread of this ideology has been stopped (or at least it slowed down). In the UK, Gen Z people are now, on average, as reluctant to TRA as BOOMERS (despite there being a HUGE gap between Boomers and Millenials on this).

I used to fear that the percentage of people believing in gender lunacy would be increasing with every single generation to the point of it becoming the mainstream view (like, for instance, support for women's suffrage is, RIGHTFULLY, now perceived in our civilisation as universally acceptable) one day. However, I no longer do. When Gen Alpha kids grow up, they will be probably more reluctant to this than we are.

TRA has something other kinds of 'social justice activism' lack: it leads to lawsuits. Not occassional lawsuits like some random baker being forced to prepare a cake for two homosexuals getting married. I mean COMMON and HUGE lawsuits like those of female prisoners raped by TIMs, women athletes losing to them in sports and - MOST IMPORTANTLY - numerous, numerous innocent kids put on a path to sterility and countless medical problems due to 'gender-affirming care'. It means that one day doctors - with the exception of those whose only desire in life seems to be money to the point of it blinding them to the outcome of their actions, including prison sentences, and those who are in this for purely ideological purposes, basically total gender loonies - may become too afraid to mutilate children (and even some metally unstable adults), which can mean simply returning to the old era of 'true transsexuals' being the only ones receiving 'sex-change' healthcare after years of medical gatekeeping.

With that being said, which fad do you expect to replace calling yourself non-binary or trans in the future? I have a couple of serious suggestions:

  1. Self-diagnosis: even now, there are plently of Gen Z and Gen Alpha kids who, with no consultation with a medical professional, label themselves as 'depressed', 'anxious', 'borderline', 'autistic' and some other 'fancy' labels. Don't get me wrong, there are actual people with these conditions, but there are also actual people with cancer and it doesn't mean that we should diagnose ourselves online after reading a 'Do I have a cancer?' article, let alone watching a TikTok on this. Currently, the self-diagnosis on fire seems to be DID.

  2. Otherkin: identifying as something different from a human being. Just like the TQ+ community has trans people ('I was assigned female at birth but I feel like I am really a man') and enbies ('I was assigned male at birth but I feel like I am 50% a man and 50% a woman'), the otherkin minority has realistic otherkins ('I was assigned human at birth but I feel like I am really a dog') and the fantastical ones ('I was assigned human at birth but I feel like I am really a dragon'). It would be entertaining to listen to conflicts between these two subsets of otherkins, just like TIMs and TIFs (like Blaire White) attacking enbies for ruining the community's reputation are funny. TRAs already promote the gender identity of a 'xenogender person', which involves describing yourself by using the language used to refer to animals, plants and objecs, but nothing comes CLOSE to the otherkin nonsense.

  3. Claiming to be fictional characters. Well, I have never seen that one yet, but we already have plently of people obsessed with fiction to an extreme degree and referring to themselves by using the language from fictional stories (like 'yandere', 'chaotic good' etc.) so I guess it may turn into more nonsense.

  4. Creating your own religions and metaphysical cults. We have seen this with Jedi from 'Star Wars' becoming a religion, not to mention the Flying Spaghetti Monster thing. It may grow.

Any more ideas (the relatively realistic ones, please)?
