I work for a university. I was browsing pages on the university website when I found this*:
The [place] is [university]’s Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Straight Ally center for resources that offers support groups, referrals, as well as events and workshops throughout the school year.

Notice anything missing? They really dropped the L... And you might be thinking, "Well maybe they're using gay to include lesbians as well...", but notice that the Q word appears alongside gay and bisexual even though both supposedly are found under the Q word as an umbrella term.
Should I email someone about it or do you think that it could get me exposed?

Everytime I see an image of this guy, I feel like I'm being gagged with a spoon.
If I remember correctly this guy ran competitively as a man and now that he's older and slower he's started identifying as a women to instead run against them. Strange that he just discovered his true gender identity so late in life eyeroll
