Two retired cops from New York and a professor from Connecticut are trying to hack at the Zizian cult, which I dubbed The Transon Family and nobody appreciated my comedic genius on other social media where I'm shadow-banned.

Anyway, they've had several episodes and in one of the first ones, they even adorably used the term "trans-identified male."

I imagine how that started:

Connie: "We don't cawl them trans wommin in this house, Bill! Trans-identified males."

Sergeant Bill: "Dat sounds like a lot, Connie."

Connie: "That's what they are, though, Bill. Theresa's coming over to pick me up, we're driving to New Haven for pizza."

Sergeant Bill: "You're driving awl the way up to New Haven just for pizza?"

Connie: "Yes."

At least, that's how it would go in my house. I can't tell you how soothing it is to hear these old accents that are dying out. I grew up with them so hearing them is like being in a rocking chair.

Anyway.

After the first episode, though, these guys must have gotten smacked by the Youtube gods, because they annoyingly use "trans women" and "the right pronouns" from there on out, though sometimes they forget.

What's really been fascinating is how these veteran cops are trying to guess why everyone in the Zizian cult is trans. It doesn't make sense. ALL of them? What are the odds of that? How do you get that many cultists who are also trans in one place? How would that work?

At the 50:15 mark, Detective Phil reckons he's got the answer:

Guerilla warfare tactics! Changing their appearance! I think that could be the key to some of this. Perhaps there are some that are really transitioning, or, or, transgender, but that could also be with the long hair that's jumping out at me, all that long hair, you could easily throw it up into a baseball cap, now you look like a guy.

Prof Mike: "100%."

Like, no, dudes. They all look like guys to begin with. Not one of them looks female, just like 90's dudes with long hair. They're just autogynephilic, that's all.

These are computer whiz kids, the wealthy offspring of former computer whiz kids. They have been deeeeeeeeeep in a porn well for a very long time, along with social media. Quite likely since the age of 10. Transgenderism is a social contagion, and there's an enormous over-representation of autogynephilic males and heavy computer/internet use. I'd say that for Millennials on down, they probably make up nearly the entire AGP community.

It's an entire subculture. They probably have the typical manga/anime fixations, view the same kind of porn, have been influenced by antifas style politics, have been radicalized by their college campuses, obsession with violence typical of AGPs, the whole she/he/theybang.

It's socially contagious. It's how they brought a couple of women into it, too, claiming to be nonbinary.

I don't know how you could be researching all of this for a couple of hours a day and not know that.

Seriously, just ask Connie. "I'll tell you why they're all trans, they been watchin' powrn non-stahp for 20 fucken yeahs, Bill."

Law enforcement officahs officers used to be trained in things like transvestic fetishism and other paraphilias.

They should absolutely relearn this, because understanding autogynephilia clears up a most of the confusing information about transgenderism. We should have been studying internet cults and how they can manifest in real life a long time ago.

These Zizian men are actually pretty stereotypical, not weird. They even have all the stereotypical appearances. While I hadn't heard of the rationalists in particular, they don't sound out of the ordinary for technocrat rich kids, either.

There's no healthy manifestation of autogynephilia. I do not believe anyone is born with it, and the way it is attained is through porn. Since like likes to gather with like, they find each other, and reinforce each other's unhealthiness. They also tend to pursue similar hobbies to keep the cohesion going, which tend to be even more unhealthiness.

So that's how all these Ziz dudes are low-effort trans. It's not about putting their hair up into baseball caps to change their appearance.

I could write another thread about how cult members often take on new names to sever their previous sense of self, and that might have played a role here. More likely, though, it was just textbook AGP.

If I could, I'd tell these cops to just lurk on Ovarit. "If you want to comment, wear a helmet, otherwise just read."

It's amazing how people still don't understand AGP, though I think they should. Especially cops.

Such a good book too. It was my introduction into the mad world of transgenderism and it really opened my eyes to the harm it was doing.

The land of cartoon child pornography wants to say something about harm?

"Uh, ACTUALLY, Miyumi is a 500 year old vampire! She just LOOKS like a 5 year old!!"

do we need any more proof that this is a MRA movement? XD

"Since we can't refute the author's findings and conclusions without resorting to circular reasoning and logical fallacies, we'll just silence her. Problem solved." Rinse and repeat. Ugh.

I saw some of the Twitter usual suspects starting a fuss about this earlier this week - extremely disappointed to hear that they capitulated to pressure that largely seemed non-Japanese and extremely online in origin.

I shouldn't feel so disappointed in Japan, but since Japan is still patriarchal, it doesn't surprise me.

I do wonder what the impact of the plummeting birthrate timebomb is going to be. The same with South Korea. Both countries are also extremely resistant to migration.

Well, misogyny is still quite rampant in Japan, so they probably just needed any excuse to limit the spreading of the knowledge about women's oppression.

The first person murdered by those pushing the 1989 fatwa against Salman Rushdie was a man named Hitoshi Igarashi.

He had been hired to translate Rushdie's Satanic Verses into Japanese.

But Japan keeps Tick Tacky under a tight leash. Are they expecting head pats from WEY or gaslighting western countries.

This is surprising to me. Japan is pretty “behind” on LGBTQ issues, being the only G7 country to not have legalized gay marriage, among other things.

Although, come to think of it, when it comes to porn, feminization, and things like pedophilia Japan has always had a looser grip on things like that… so I imagine that trans porn and the like can get a grip there in a way that TRAs can’t, at least not publicly. I mean it’s the birthplace of the “futanari” porn. Still Japan is kind of well known for not “catering” to western tastes and ideals, so I’m still surprised.

The insane power of the crazies on Twitter continues.

ETA: Japan also seems to have more of an emphasis on company reputation from what I understand, so I guess it’s not that surprisingly a publisher wouldn’t want to associate with a controversial book, regardless of the topic. Still infuriating

Considering what happened to the Japanese translator of The Satanic Verses, this isn't surprising. They have genuine reason to fear that a TIM might harm any Japanese people who work on localizing that book

If they caved due to pressure, we need to put the pressure back on to publish. They think they’re doing what the public wants, but when they’re actually capitulating to an extremist minority. Anyone here speak Japanese that can email them? Or know people who speak Japanese?

syntaxerrorDecember 7, 2023(Edited December 7, 2023)

You can write an email in English and then run it through DeepL, it’s probably sufficient.

Edit: if you actually do this, be very careful with your wording, and very gentle
