It's interesting how liberals will say, "So few female athlete will be affected, so what's the big deal?" and in the same breath, "It's an absolute travesty of justice that these few transgender people can't play sports!"
Why is it that a few women do not matter, yet a few men matter enough to have a complete meltdown?
Edit: I'd encourage people to say in response to these meltdowns, "It's such a small minority of 'trans people' who are affected, so why do you care?" Just like they said to us.

I came here to say this. Who other than someone with an agenda would make an article like this? The only thing to know is men aren't allowed in women's sports. Period.

TIMs still get to "practice" with women's teams. Not seeing what's changed at all.
That sucks. That defeats the purpose of the safety issues.

If they don't play in games, they won't be eligible for the team the following year, someone who CAN play in the games will take the spot (ie a woman).

I guess because they can't compete that will make them lose interest, and someone said if they don't play in games, they won't be eligible to even be on the team the following year? So it blocks them that way?
They won't get to compete in events and when there are limited team slots that means the non-competitors won't get their spots renewed next year. Doing it this way can head off potential lawsuits.
This also gives coaches cover to have the boys "practice from home" so to speak.

What on earth is Women's Flat Track Derby ? This is all ESPN could get, when they went looking for a private women's sports organization to decry the EO? So apparently it's roller derby which I understand to be a contact sport, so it is very irresponsible to allow TW in there.

Roller derby is infested with trans at this point. They seem themselves as being very accepting to the point of handmaidenry. Pretty much a given at this point. Not Like the Other Girls who aren't cool and chill and alternative.

Its been a hugely divisive issue in roller derby since like 2010, some leagues and teams are very 'trans inclusive', others are full TERF.

Really! I was zero for three in 3 cities and wasn't able to find any that weren't 'inclusive.' Happy to be wrong on the issue, but I can understand why the ones who are Terfy also might not want to advertise that.

I witnessed some teams drop out from a tournament back around 2015 rather than play against a TIM, it was a big controversy. Maybe theyve all capitulated since then.
Yep. It's pretty fucking wild that so many people in charge thought it was OK to remove access to safe and fair competition for over half a million girls so that fucking ten men didn't have to hear "no".
Sure, you can try to spin this as "hardly any men choose to make use of this wildly irresponsible and unfair abuse of the rights of women and girls", but i see it differently. Anywhere that allows boys to identify their way onto girl's teams is telling girls "you can have your own leagues if every single boy decides to let you retain it. However if even one boy want to take that from you he can."
