Once again, for the record, here's the link to where renowned Franco-Algerian investigative journalist Djaffer Ait Aoudia broke the news, with Khelif's medical records in hand (and partially reproduced in the article), that Khelif is a man with 5-alpha reductase deficiency (5-ARD), the same DSD that Caster Semenya has:

It's in French, obviously, but your browser should have a built-in translation function, or you can use an online translator. Summary: Khelif has XY chromosomes, 5-ARD, and internal testes that produce normal male levels of testosterone. DUH.

Not only is Snopes doing everything it can to discredit Ait Aoudia's reporting, they're not even accurately stating what he says.
Snopes: "Ait Aoudia's reporting alleged that Khelif has a form of Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome (AIS)."
Ait Aoudia's actual reporting: "Dans leur rapport, rendu en juin 2023, les deux médecins, Young et Fedala, pointent, sans détour, la pathologie d’Imane Khelif, un déficit “Alpha 5 réducatse type 2..."
Translation: "In their report, issued in June 2023, the two doctors, Young and Fedala, candidly identify Imane Khelif's pathology, an 'Alpha 5 reductase type 2' deficiency..."
For those who haven't done the deep dive on DSDs, androgen insensitivity syndrome PREVENTS a man with that DSD from going through male puberty, because his body is unable to respond to testosterone. 5-ARD, in contrast, has no such effect - men with it go through full male puberty.
The only intersex that might qualify is swyers syndrome. Not pais, not 5 ard, not xx xy ovotesticular disorder.
Has there ever been any professional, elite, or collegiate athlete with Swyer syndrome? That's a tough DSD - the gonads don't function at all, the person would never go through any type of puberty unless given pharmaceutical sex hormones. I'm not sure if they'd be in good enough shape/health to be a competitive athlete at all.

It’s not going to happen. With the way things are going, I don’t believe he will be allowed to compete unless he can prove he is a woman.
And it will be really easy to do so. Cheek swab, results, done and dusted. It's a surprise that this 'woman' hasn't done that and silenced all of us horrible bigots already. Such a surprise.

He says he's a "girl", but where is the proof? It would be so easy to prove this, but he just has not.
You'd think (s)he would be delighted to put those nasty women in their place by proving them wrong.
I do hope Coe, or whoever is next IOC president, introduces mandatory cheek swabs for all in the women's category
