Each man in prison would be better off and safer if he were in a women's prison. ALL men have to fear other men's violence. It's not like only TiMs get propositioned or raped. LOTS of men in prison do, for a variety of reasons. I would fear for any of my male relatives if they went to jail.

But solving male violence does not mean dumping them in women's jails.

pennygadgetMarch 20, 2025

Seriously. Elderly men, disabled men, non-violent men in for petty crimes, famous inmates like Derrick Chauvin or Harvey Wienstein, convicted child molesters, etc all face extra danger in men's prison. That doesn't mean they should be dumped in a women's facility. It means mens prisons need to work out ways to prevent rapes and assaults from happening

Maybe a public campaign to put pedophiles and abusive cops in women's prisons for their individual safety might make the point to those ignoring the topic. A modern modest proposal.

somegenerichandleMarch 20, 2025

The women said in court papers that they were living in constant fear of sexual assault and other violence after being moved to male prisons. Male inmates repeatedly propositioned them for sex and male officers subjected them strip searches without female officers present, they said.

Oh, now they are worried about men propositioning them. I thought they found that affirming.

Men propositioned them.... but didn't go ahead and just rape them?

Wonder if it'd play out differently if you stuck a real woman in a men's prison.

We all know it would. That's why TIFs aren't clamoring to get into men's prison

rkinMarch 20, 2025

Some do. Some may be genuinely afraid of other men from prior assault. But I bet some also find playacting female fear of sexual assault/reality affirming and euphoric too.

TIMs LOVE inventing fake rape stories. Two of the ugliest TIMs online (Dave Moscato and Charles Clymer) claim to have been assaulted by multiple men post transition despite the fact that they both look like bridge trolls in drag. Its part of the fetish/LARP. They think being a woman means crying about rape constantly for pity points

rkinMarch 21, 2025

Yeah, it's so gross. I've been around too long. I've seen them invading women's trauma forums and leaching that from forced interpersonal emotional intimacy from individual women. It's one of the worst parts of their ignorant, harmful toddler-like dress up game and temper tantrum.

somegenerichandleMarch 20, 2025

For sure, i am lowkey being snarky. It's very interesting the 22 and now 15 out of 2,200 inmates. I wonder how they decide who are the worthy transgender-identified men.

rkinMarch 21, 2025

It's always been the mystery.

Well, one of.... the ideology does seem to have an awful lot of questions that are unanswerable.

SarahWilliams_13March 20, 2025

Oh nah, it’s because they are straight, not gay babe! They would never want to be with a mannnnnnn! Ewwwwwww.

But don’t worry, they kept their (girl) dicks because they still like to fuck!

(Brb need to puke)

mathloverMarch 20, 2025

So protect them in the men's prisons - separate are for them. And being strip searched by male officers is appropriate for male prisoners, which they are.

Oh my god.

This is Christopher Williams, a 6'4 convicted pedophile who was moved to a women's prison in Washington state after claiming to be transgender.

He is now at the center of a lawsuit on credible allegations that he sexually abused female inmates he shared a cell with.

Williams has been serving a 28.5-year prison sentence for brutally assaulting his ex-girlfriend. Before that, he was convicted of child rape.

Despite his violence against women, the state placed him in a cell with them to allegedly reoffend.

Williams has also not adopted a female name. He still goes by "Christopher" despite claiming to now be a woman.

US District Judge Royce Lamberth has decided to actively protect male prisoners terrorizing female inmates.

Katie writes for the post millennial.

EavaMarch 21, 2025

Is he in a state or federal prison. Because if he's in a state prison this decision doesn't involve his case.

DisheveledOpossumMarch 20, 2025

Given how readily TIMs lie, I wouldn't be surprised if they were exaggerating or straight up lying about the sexual harassment. Out of all the pictures of TIM inmates I've seen, I've yet to see one that looks like a vulnerable little waif. In fact, most of them have been hulking beasts, and they've all looked absolutely ghoulish.

Are these idiots TRYING to get the public to support Trump ignoring court orders? Fuck me.

Edit: it's a Reagan judge. He knows the headlines around this outrage will help the GOP.

That. Or perhaps the ACLU bought him a yacht

Male inmates repeatedly propositioned them for sex and male officers subjected them strip searches without female officers present, they said.

How do they know that the male officers are not transwomen also? Or even the inmates for that matter?

These TIMs are being very presumptuous.

LadyCardTraderMarch 20, 2025

Any judge who thinks a male belongs in a women's prison should be removed from the bench.

pennygadgetMarch 20, 2025

And have his hard drive checked

RappaccinisDaughterMarch 20, 2025

Unsafe men's prisons are NOT women's problem to solve. Full stop.

CharliXXMarch 20, 2025

They're hellbent on a forever Trump presidency eh

Leliana2e4March 20, 2025

There is something that truly needs to be done about these corrupt judges.

EavaMarch 20, 2025

This is a Reagan appointed judge. This is not corruption. These cases are in the preliminary stages and courts will often issue injunctions maintaining the status quo while deciding the challenge to any new law, policy, etc. This is a normal part of how cases like this make their way through the court system. It is not the final determination of the case.

Put all the protesting Tim’s into restrictive housing. Two man cells eliminate the “solitary as torture” argument. They get their bras, their tiddy skittles and separate yard. What they don’t get is the freedom to inflict themselves on women.

If they wish more freedom, go to the men’s.

notsofreshfeelingMarch 20, 2025(Edited March 20, 2025)

To be fair, if the accommodations for more vulnerable groups have not been made in the men's prison, it may in fact be putting some of these crossdressers in grave circumstances. Move them into isolation for a week or two until they can clear a wing for the more vulnerable inmates? I don't know how difficult it is, but anyway, women should not be used to protect them from other men.

goatsauceMarch 20, 2025

I only have knowledge of my local prison system, but I live in a fairly conservative state where TIMs haven't been put into women's prisons. My friend works for the local prison and described how they handle the TIMs on his ward. He's not pro-prison generally (he's big on the socialist movement and prison reform), and actually pursued the job to get a better understanding of the reforms he had been campaigning for as part of his political activism. At his prison, the TIMs are kept on a locked down area of the ward if they're seen as vulnerable. Unfortunately, this puts them in an area that's usually reserved for prisoners who are too poorly socialized to share cells in the general population, but they are protected, even the ones who he says are clearly faking to get a bit of attention. Some of them prefer to be in the general population because they're homosexual men and like the attention, though he says that sex (if caught) is strictly prohibited in the prison and they prosecute it as a rape due to the lack of consent. He works at a very old and dilapidated prison, and it's being replaced by a newer building elsewhere because of its poor condition, but even at his job, they're expected to be on the look out for sexual assault and to protect vulnerable prisoners.

SatanicPanicMarch 20, 2025

Who are these random judges making these orders? Do they actually have the authority for this kind of thing?

RiothamusscroteMarch 20, 2025

They're Federal judges and they have the authority to issue injunctions.
