There are actually a lot of similarities and they were already present during the 16th- 18th centuries so the parallels have always been there.
You see while women were being systematically tormented by bizarre and baseless accusations that led to their torture and murder TIMs were owning property, holding jobs, earning money, voting, and (legally) raping their wives BUT "living as women" was so vital to their existsnce that they frequently imagined it was them tied to that stake, burning alive and begging for forgiveness for crimes no one had ever committed. And as we all know, pretending to be a person (or wanting to pretend to be a person) is worse oppression than actually being that person. So in reality, the TIMs we're the biggest victims of the Witch Trials.
"Thousands of women were tortured and killed. Men considered biggest victims."
Lurkers, this is satire directed at the argument that trans people have always been equal victims in sex-based oppression because they didn’t have the “privilege” to live as their preferred gender…even when that gender was getting people killed, raped, or systematically oppressed.
Sending all my thoughts and prayers to every nonexistent god and goddess for those poor, suffering men
Good! Because every time a TIM voted back in the day he imagined himself not being allowed to vote so hard that it hurt! And really working, owning land, and voting in those days was torture for them because it didn't acknowledge their gender identity. Earning money denied their existsnce 😢

Like how they stole and mutilated penises, or made them not work? Definitely sounds appropriate in this comparison. 😂
There's a headline for ya.
