TRA interviewd as a Trans Woman gets angry because she's not a TW. But TWAW?

He is purposefully calling interviewing her saying he wants to interview "Trans Women", and she took offence, because she's "not a trans woman".

It's hilarious to watch. She's like I am born a woman. So, is there any difference then between those who are "born woman" and "other women" ?

People need medical communications in clear plain English. NHS communications increasingly use gender neutral language while talking about womens health (they often retain use of the word 'man' in mens health).

For example, when talking about the menopause;

Menopause is when your periods stop due to lower hormone levels. This usually happens between the ages of 45 and 55.
