RantIf a man is convicted of stalking or any sort of violence against women, he should lose all custody and rights to visitations and contact, period.

I'm watching a show about stalkers.

This woman fled this man who was addicted to meth with her two year old son (he was the biological father) after he physically abused her and strangled her. When he realized she left he began sending her texts with pictures of him dumping her other dead son's ashes down the toilet. He would send her texts and call both her and her mom threatening to kill them or seriously hurt them, sometimes sending her images of nooses stating he was going to kill himself, etc. He eventually found her at her workplace and attempted to run her over.

He went to prison, the courts fucking went ahead and granted him phone contact with their son. He got out of prison, the courts fucking went ahead and granted him visitations with his son, age 5 at this point. The show ended on the point where this man - again released from prison and the courts are legally forcing the woman he tortured and attempted to kill to interact with him - states that he is hoping that they'll reunite as a family again and get back together.

40% of stalking cases escalate to violence. Even when they don't, it instills fear in someone and is just absolutely unhinged behavior.

For stalking and violence, that should be it. Game over, they get no contact with kids. The kids can make the decision themselves to contact them when they're a legal adult.

Ammosexuals gonna ammosexual, whether it's the "but muh God, country, and 2nd Amendment" NRA freaks or these freaks.

Put them all on the same shooting range and let them sort it out. Whoever survives, put their ass in prison, because they can't be trusted to function in society.
