We don't condone it. We don't agree with it. We don't celebrate it. We don't find it empowering. There are no positives to this, in our opinion. Not for her, not for women as a sex class, and certainly not for society as whole.
I can confidently speak for every woman on this site when I say this.
If it was legally possible, every single woman on this site would have personally grabbed Lily Phillips and dragged her kicking and screaming away from all those men and locked her in a padded room until we figured out what the hell is going on.
We view the Lilly Phillips case as a tragedy on par with the Gisele Pelicot case. I'm a way it is almost worse because something irrevocably evil has to be going on for a woman to CHOOSE that for herself.
For a woman to subject herself willingly to something that women are forced into doing without consent - and sometimes even without their knowledge - means that we have failed women as a sex class. Men have failed us and we have failed ourselves.
You'll find the only people celebrating this abhorrent public display of internalized misogyny and masochistic gyno-phobia are males pretending to be women, and women adjacent to those males.
