RantNude Women='Art' in films
Just a quick rant. Thought I'd try watching the film 'The Lobster'. Less than halfway in and lo and behold there's already been a scene of a young woman doing backstroke in a bikini with an extended close up of her breasts as she swims, as well as a maid lifting her skirt and rubbing her arse on a man's dick – all for the 'art' and 'cinematography' I'm sure rolls eyes. Of course there's also the obligatory 'crazy' woman who is too clingy and annoying and, guess what, is emotionally unstable and kills herself. And I'm sure the male director got some fancy awards for his film even though the portrayal of women is incredibly one-dimensional, male-centered and misogyistic.
