DiscussionCrazy Thought: Only take in female immigrants?
I know it is likely completely illegal and would never happen in a million years. But just what if - in light of the battle of immigration - with one side saying "save our culture" and another crying intolerance and the capitalists crying "workers" and another rightfully pointing to Pakistani Rape Gangs...what if we collectively said, "fine, but we'll only admit females." You'd have your workers. No doubt we'd be rescuing refugees in more than one sense of the word. Practically no criminal background or compulsions. And a lot of them would probably gladly drop the parts of their cultural affiliations if they're coming from a misogynistic county. Aside from the facts that it would drive their men back home bonkers, I don't see a downside.
Not a radical feminist, but I saw Ovarit’s name pop up on various websites, including Reddit and KF, and took a look. Realized that I could speak freely about GC and women’s issues and was sold!
